HCAM is a HEVC 4K UHD on-camera wireless transmitter that seamlessly brings 4K transmission capabilities to a variety of applications ranging from broadcast, sports and newsgathering to event coverage and POV cameras. HCAM works well with broadcast, ENG and prosumer cameras due to its highly flexible, configurable mounting options and intuitive video interfaces. HCAM permits 4K UHD wireless video with a 70ms latency via Vislink’s world leading RF modulation. With user-interchangeable RF modules and a range of software options, HCAM continues the sought-after line of innovative, high-performance wireless camera systems from IMT and Vislink.
HCAM features interchangeable dual SFP modules supporting quad 3/6/12G SDI/HDMI/Fiber Optic/SMPTE 2022-6 HD-SDI over IP interfaces. It includes Wi-fi and Bluetooth control via a dedicated Android and iOS app. In addition, the unit features integrated camera control with Vislink’s FocalPoint compatibility. FocalPoint is Vislink’s latest wireless camera control system providing comprehensive control functions for broadcast needs. The system can control multiple camera and operator control panel combinations, with future-proof Ethernet control. FocalPoint allows control of up to six cameras by multiplexing six control panels over a single RF link.
