VT2/VT7/VT7.4 web remote control
The Remote Control Gateway literally puts control of IMT transmitters in the hand of the camera operator or master control operator. When connected to a transmitter, the Remote Control Gateway allows access to transmitter functions over the internet using any web-connected device. Using a clearly designed, web browser- based application, an operator can have real-time control over routine transmitter functions from their smartphone, tablet or PC.
Real-time Control. Anywhere. Any Time.
With the Remote Control Gateway, IMT transmitters can now go live anywhere and at any time. The Remote Control Gateway enables a camera operator or master control operator to control transmitter functions including transmit/standby mode, preset and antenna polarization remotely. This leads to tremendous simplification of the ENG workflow by reducing the load on smaller news crews.
More Control. Less Hassle.
With the Remote Control Gateway, the truck operator can focus on what’s really important: getting great pictures from the field. Eliminating the interruption of running back and forth to the truck saves time and hassle. The operator can simply grab his smart phone and press transmit as needed. For enhanced efficiency, studio personnel can also access the Remote Control Gateway device. Having one-click remote management of the transmitter gives them unprecedented control of feeds. Now, at the precise moment they’re ready, they can have live ENG shots available in less than a second. Whether on-scene or in-studio, the Remote Control Gateway can play a key role in making ENG workflows more efficient.
